Rent This Resort!This is so much more than a rental home-it truly feels like your own private resort!Everything about this property is high-end, beautifully designed, and incredibly well thought out. It is a true smart house, and the technology is amazing. You don't even have to open or close the blinds because they are automatic! Every detail makes the stay comfortable and effortless. The wraparound outdoor living space is absolutely amazing. There are multiple seating areas, beautiful flowers and landscaping, and a full outdoor bar with three refrigerators, even though there are already two full kitchens inside. We spent so much time outside because the space is beautiful and inviting.The flat yard leading directly to the river is breathtaking. The view and setting are truly something special.The pool is incredible. It is large, beautifully furnished, and has comfortable seating and a wraparound ledge. It really does feel like having your own private resort.But the MOST AMAZING part of this property is Terry and his family. I cannot say enough about how incredibly responsive, helpful, and

accommodating they are. They genuinely care about their guests and go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. If you are considering renting this home, DO IT! The house, outdoor space, pool, riverfront setting, and amenities are amazing—but Terry and his family are what truly make the experience exceptional. Five stars doesn't feel like enough!

The River House felt like our private resort. It's a mix of luxury and comfort. Its proximity to Pittsburgh allows for easy day trips to the city and attractions.

This property is fully outfitted with everything you need to step through the door and start your vacation!

This was one of the best Airbnb stays we've ever had.

The home is absolutely beautiful-spotlessly clean, thoughtfully decorated, and it truly feels like your own private resort. We spent hours in the pool, relaxed by the river, and loved having such a peaceful place to unwind. The layout and amenities made it perfect for our group, and the home was ideal for enjoying special experiences like private dinners together.

What really made our stay exceptional was Terry.

He is an outstanding host-friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure his guests have a wonderful experience. He was quick to answer every question, offered great local recommendations, and made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived.

One of the unexpected highlights of our trip was discovering that we both have ties to the Latrobe area. We ended up sharing stories, and Terry even sent us some fascinating historical photos and information he uncovered while researching his family history.

"Awesome place. We were there for a bachelor party and it couldn't have been a more perfect setting. It's an ideal summer house. Top-notch outdoor entertainment area — a large decked space, top of the line grill, bar/counter, two fridges, a pool, large yard for games, and a short walk to the river where we caught multiple catfish. Host Terry was extremely quick and timely — when the AC wasn't running properly, Terry had someone there within a couple of hours to fix it. Highly recommend."

"Awesome property for our family of 4. We fished off the pier in the back yard, swam in the pool (many times), had family and friends over to visit in the massive outdoor patio area, and played football and wiffle ball in the big yard. I feel like we didn't spend much time inside, but it is a beautiful interior with a large open living area, two great bedrooms, and a giant loft room with two sets of bunk beds that the kids loved!"
